SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

Domestic Orders

  • Most items ship next day 
  • Orders are fulfilled only on weekdays.
  • Please allow 2-3 days for order fulfillment. 
  •  All orders are priority shipped, delivering in 2-4 days.

International Orders

No One's Ordinary ships internationally

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES OF ITEMS

All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, or refunds for these items.

We allow size exchanges, if available, and only if the item is completely unworn and in original packaging.

Exchange inquiries must be made within 5 days from the delivery of your order.
  • Items must have all original packaging, labeling and tags.
  • We do not accept items that show visible signs of wear.
No One's Ordinary reserves the right to deny exchanges if the item(s) does not meet policy standard.

 

DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT

If the product is damaged and/or faulty upon delivery, we will offer an exchange or full refund.

We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company.

How to Request a Return or Exchange —
Step 1: Email us at contact@noonesordinary.com
Step 2: In the subject of your email, title it “Return or Exchange” along with your order number.
Step 3: Provide the reason for the return or exchange and other information such as the name of the product.
Step 5: Choose the different size and/or color you want to receive for the exchange
Step 6: Wait for an email confirming your exchange request has been approved, and we will send you a return label.
Step 7: We will send the exchange item once we receive the original order.
